In response to the publication of the website ?capital? concerning the private project of the company TEMES S.A. for the first phase of the construction of the Tourist Block named Navarino Resorts in Romanos Messinia, we disclose the following:
1. The subsidiary company AKTOR ATE participated in the contest for the project Completion for the operation of the Project Navarino Resorts - Navarino Dunes.
2. Subsequently, the company named AKTOR was called by the investor for negotiations and currently is in the phase of finalising the process of signing the contract as a Contractor of the Project.
3. The total estimated amount of the contract for the completion of the above project amounts to 270,000,000 Euro plus V.A.T.
For any progress we will inform in advance the investment public and the Stock Exchange authorities by the means and the procedures provided from the current Stock Exchange legislation.
