In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On June 21st, 2007 a total of 2.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,946 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 19.891,93.
(2) On June 25th, 2007 a total of 32.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,895 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 316.627,68.
(3) On June 26th, 2007 a total of 20.640 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,882 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 203.972,71.
(4) On June 27th, 2007 a total of 2.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,866 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 19.731,83.
The abovementioned 56.640 own shares, of total value Euro 560.224,15 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 9,891 per share.
