CH. K. TEGOPOULOS EDITIONS S.A. announces that in the context of the refinancing of its short term lending, issued a corporate non-convertible bond loan of 10 million Euros which will be covered by the National Bank of Greece SA and the National Bank of Greece (CYPRUS) LTD.
The duration of the loan is 5 years and the settlement (payback) of the capital will be effected in 17 quarterly installments, the first of which will be paid on June 1st, 2008.
