LAMDA Development S.A. has signed a head of terms commercial agreement with LAMDMARK S.A. (a company under establishment) for the lease of 10.000 sqm anchor store in its new Commercial Center (former IBC) of 40.000 sqm GLA.
Major shareholders of LANDMARK will be: Mr Konstantinos Lambropoulos, Elmec Sport, Picar S.A. and Mr Konstantinos Tsouvelekakis.
The anchor store will consist of high end brand names of famous designers, which are characterized for their upscale brands.
The commercialization of the new shopping center is fully deployed and the Company will soon proceed to new announcements.
